D3V Series Trolley Mechanism

The series products are designed and manufactured on the basis of the French Patain Company’s mature technologies. It is constituted with torque three-phase asynchronous motor, built-in planetary reducer, winding drum, tack and other components. The mechanism can get low, medium and high speed by voltage control and eddy current brake. The motor is equipped with an electromagnetic disk brake with features of smooth startop and braking, safe & reliable braking and accurate positioning. Thus the mechanism is most appropriate for Patain series tower cranes and can be used to replace the imported products.
